Hajime is always a cozy and welcoming Ramen spot. Love coming here for birthday dinners or just because. Adding rich broth and making the ramen spicy (if you're into that) is always a good decision. Pictured is the Kani salad, homemade Kimchi ($1!!), and both Tonkotsu ramen, one with spice level 3. I'm not gluten free, but I enjoy their kale noodles, as well. 😊

So good! My son loves noodles, so I took him to the closest noodles shop neqr my hotel that had a gluten free option for me. Hajime was fabulous!!! Hot, fresh, fast, and so tasty - he had honey miso ramen and I had the green ramen with rice noodles. Our server and the chef both helped make sure my meal was safe, so I was grateful. We took noodles to go!
