This is a celiac safe haven. So many foods that I haven't been able to eat in so long that are fully safe and available to me here. Glad I'm able to take care of my health needs while still eating all the yummy carbs I've missed! Those soft pretzels especially are soooo amazing.

We went to their soft opening. There was a line out the door but the food was worth the wait. They had both indoor and outdoor seating, ample parking, and a gender neutral restroom. The space was beautifully decorated and felt inviting. I found the prices to be a bit high but in line with what I'd expect to pay for gluten-free items. Their only coffee options were cold brew or hot drip coffee, but I think there were plans to add more at a later time. They did have several vegan milk options. I had signed up online and received a free donut which was wonderful 😊.
