Half Baked Bistro is a must-stop shop in downtown Mount Vernon. Chefs Nav and Rebecca (and their staff) offer absolutely delightful meals to suit any palate. I try to order something different every time, and the food is always phenomenal, bursting with flavor whether I'm in the mood for brisket, pepper pot, chicken, vegan fare or gluten free. A scratch kitchen with top-notch taste, this place has elevated the food offerings for the whole community. Also, the lattes are always nice and hot! 100% recommend, 10/10.

There is no indoor seating. There are many gluten-free options. Pricy. The arepa I got was like a couple of corn tortillas.

Some of the highest quality food I have ever had, Breakfast options are amazing, gluten free options available as well! I love the breakfast arepa! Overall 10/10 and Chef Nav is the best!
