Im editing my review. I stopped in again today.This time someone there was very knowledgeable about the cookies and explained that i had the keto cookies before. They are made with different ingredients, have a different consistency and it didn't agree with me. Today i had the gluten free chocolate chip and it was amazing. My apologies for the previous review.

AMAZING! It is so incredibly rare to find a healthy dessert that is gluten-free without tons of sugar or at least with healthier sugars. But this bakery offers just that while also creating cookies with great flavor and texture! The cookies are very large and very filling too! Very friendly staff as well.
