I have been there several times. Take-out or sit down at the restaurant. Excellent selection of sushi and very good service. Absolute freshness. For coeliacs, nothing to worry about. They clean the workspace and their tools, they are very careful. Their sushi is always excellent. They also have gluten-free soy sauce.
