Almost everything can be replicated gluten-free with attention and preparation, a delicious burger not to mention the dessert. Also super recommended for a takeaway pizza to eat on the beach. Don't miss it especially if you have celiac disease and the prices are very honest!

HamburgElia, in one word...Home We passed by this place on our way home to the Savona area from a day in Genoa. We chose it because we had a craving for burgers and my better half has celiac disease. Excellent food, but what struck us most was the welcome. We are aware that in this respect we Ligurians sin a little. Not at HamburgElia! We felt like we were old friends who hadn't seen each other for years. The owner's mother stopped to have a chat with us and was really very kind, as well as demonstrating extreme competence in preparing gluten-free food and a level of scrupulousness that many people around only dream of. Absolutely coming back! PS: Very honest prices and delicious homemade desserts!
