Hamburtilla

Very good gluten-free burgers. The buns could use a little toasting or baking, but otherwise everything was perfect and the service was great.

A disappointment. We got along very well with the previous owner, and he told us he was transferring the business, handing everything over to the new owner, including the same products. We thought it would be like always. We went back to try it out and ordered two hamburgers (the lettuce and onion were practically invisible, and there was only one small slice of bacon; you eat more bread than anything else. We ordered top-notch burgers, and they weren't even enough to fill us up; we had to go eat somewhere else because it was all bread) and two orders of fries. The buns were different (they probably changed my order on a whim because one was gluten-free). Half the fries were raw, when they used to be delicious. The hamburgers seemed pre-made, when the magic was in watching them being made. A shame... I hope they pay more attention and change things, otherwise I won't be returning. And the atmosphere is awful, with a waltz playing in the background. You wait 10 minutes, but it feels like an hour; you should see the faces of the people waiting. People come in, and if they're preparing food, they don't serve you until they're finished. In short, it was a disappointment to return knowing what it was like before.
