Ordered GF entrees by phone and when I came in and asked about them, I noted that my allergy was not mentioned on the ticket. The service person looked angry that I, a visibly trans person, was there at all. I took the food home, opened it, and could tell by looking and smell it wasn’t gluten free, which was confirmed when I brought it back. I was told it would be remade, waited 45 minutes for it, and got sick when I ate it at home. I saw on the ticket it wasn’t naked GF, again.
Get your act together, please. This is ridiculous.
