First I have celiac disease and it is very difficult to find anybody in a Japanese restaurant who both comprehends what is required and can deliver it. This restaurant does exactly that. Next I have had the best uni with quail egg nigiri that I have had outside of Asia. And have it with a 15-year shibui whiskey! Yum .

Gluten Free Sushi is here!! And I'm not talking about a GF menu with four or five options. Most any roll can be made GF here. Servers are super knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to make your meal a delight from start to finish. This place is not super spiffy, but is super clean, and the fish is fresh and delicious. You gotta go!
