The most incredible pork bone broth (Tonkotsu) I’ve ever had! It’s the real deal with noodles and broth made in house. This is our go to spot for authentic ramen. They also have delicious gluten free noodles and the broth is naturally gluten free too!

My favorite bowl of ramen by a long shot. They cook the broth for 72 hours so it is super rich and delicious. My go-to order is a spicy tonkotsu with extra chashu and an egg if you have a hearty appetite. Tastes extra delicious on a cold rainy or snowy night. Very fancy in-house noodle making operation too - the chef has a ramen mentor in Japan. This place is legit.
