It's like Chipotle, but for poké. I like building my own sushi burrito and getting a boba tea. They offer raw, seared and cooked fish/meat. They offer gluten-free sauce options and are very helpful if you have no idea what you want to create. I was very overwhelmed the first time I went, but after the second time I knew what to do and what flavors I wanted. They were very friendly each time I have come with my family. The fish is fresh and the boba is fantastic. Don't be thrown off by the construction going on, they are open!

As someone with a gluten allergy, I was thrilled to see how knowledgeable the staff is here. The food is excellent, and they even have gluten free soy sauce. Highly recommend!
