The dishes are elaborate and composed of numerous foods. Came with people sensitive to gluten (but with a certain tolerance), the allergen card only indicated the presence or absence of gluten. Fortunately to help us in this restaurant they reviewed their recipes to check the low or high amount of gluten in certain dishes, this helped us a lot to choose a meal that was out of the ordinary, they even adapted a dish to us in this sense: THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND YOUR EFFORTS! We'll come back :)
