It seems like a small family owned business. They're open until midnight which I appreciate. They're out of menu items a lot and they don't have many Vegetarian/Gluten Free options but the food is good.

Good food, great service, affordable prices! The staff/owner was super friendly and accommodating. Lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options! There are non-dairy milk options for the boba/bubble tea including almond milk and coconut milk. The taro milk tea with almond milk is delicious! Definitely recommend trying Hap Steam Healthy Cuisine!
