Amazing Food! That's all that I need to say, but... I wish this place was on the Poughkeepsie side of the river where I live, but honestly it's totally worth the trip and dealing with the bridge because everything we had was so delicious and prepared with such care and love. We had never had Filipino food, so we decided to meet a friend and sample a little of everything - crispy fried pork belly, sizzling fish (our favorite), the pansit (noodle) dish was perfect for my gluten-free wife, and the pork lumpia (spring rolls) - all fantastic! We highly recommend you order garlic rice for everyone - it's a great base for the pork and fish dishes! If you only try one thing, get the Bangus (milkfish) Sisig - it's creamy and made into a warm 'salad' and served right in the fish skin - very unique and fabulous on the garlic rice! Don't forget to sample some Filipino 'soda' - the lime is really nice, and unlike American soda, isn't overly carbonated, so it's more like a lime-ade in a can. Make the trip to Highland! You won't be disappointed to try Filipino food - authentically made by Cecilia and her cook with love and dedication!
