Not dedicated cooking surface. Crepes shared with same as the non GF batter. The guy even warned us that he could only guarantee 50%

Had the best gluten free crepe! They informed me they had completely washed all the equipment used prior to making mine and make the gf batter to order. The chef was lovely and wanted to know how the gf crepe was too. 100% recommend!
