Happy Chicks Bakery

This was my favorite flavored birthday cake I’ve ever had!! The flavor profile was spot on. I got the date night and it was so delicious, so beautifully made and decorated. Customer service was exactly as you wish all customer service would be. Owner was attentive, quick to response and beyond kind and thoughtful when I picked up my cake. We grabbed lunch and there were tons of gluten free options that were tasty. Would absolutely recommend getting a cake or grabbing lunch here.

Heard about this bakery from others as finding eggless cakes are hard but sadly it's pretty lacking in cakes as a product. I got vegan cakes (not gluten free) and has to be some of the worst I've ever had. Dense, too sugary and tasted like baking soda ie too much added. The flavor was meh as well. Nothing to write home about in terms of decor either. I've had vegan cakes and desserts in other cities and this is just poor considering the prices. For a vegan bakery and not a regular bakery, they need to do better. I could have saved over $80 and made it myself better and mine isn't that great. The only good feedback is their customer service was good and friendly. I like supporting local small businesses but hard to come back for this product. I should have checked other reviews as I'm seeing similar comments about flavor etc. I do hope they take the feedback and look to improve. Wish them luck.
