Very good hot pot. If you haven't tried it, Happy lamb is the restaurant to try. So much to choose from.

This place has some work to do on the hot pot concept. In comparison to other hot pot restaurants in Stockholm, they have made it difficult for themselves when it comes to the menu/buffet. Everyone in the party needs to order the same thing, which makes it difficult if you have a mixed diet in the party (for example, as a vegetarian you had to pay for the meat even if you didn't eat it)! Then everyone gets to share the same hot pot soup to cook in, which also doesn't make things easier for either vegetarians or gluten intolerants, etc. Nothing bad to say about the food itself, but a little bad with the selection on the buffet itself. The broth was absolutely delicious. We'll be back when it's a little more established 😅
