Main Street Crepe Company

Is there a 6th star available?! I'll tell you about one of the best bites I've ever had, then I'll give some details: We ordered a butter and sugar crepe, and a custom crepe with bacon, goat cheese, pickled red onions, and chipotle sauce. Both of them were stunningly good, like jump around the room singing Chumbawumba good. This was before I saw the chicken and waffles special, but I'll be back! After one bite, we decided to bring some more home and buy a gift card for our son and his other to have a nice date. Logistics: * There are no public restrooms, but they have a small, clean storage/bathroom combo for customers. * Parking is free and plentiful on the street or just around the corner in the municipal lots by the gorgeous bike path. * There are a few small tables inside and a few more outside, weather permitting. Ordering: * They only serve crepes and waffles, but with the huge number of toppings/filling options, the menu is massive. * There are both sweet and savory options. * You can build-your-own from the list of ingredients, or pick a preset menu item (like PB & J, Chicken Alfredo, Cinnamon Sugar). * GF!! They even serve gluten free crepes for an up-charge! * There is a small cooler with drink selections from water to soda to cold brew, but they also have house-made coffee drinks and smoothies. Experience: * Since each crepe or waffle is hand-made to order, be ready to hang out a bit, but it is so worth it! * The staff is SUPER-friendly and clearly love what they do. * There are other shops around to peruse while you wait, including the connected Sweet Shop that has candy and baked goodies. Summary: This place could be a full-on meal or a stop for a snack on your bike ride. The warm, pillowy crepes were incredible, leaving with me regretting that I'm not sitting in the shop typing this (and working through some chicken and waffles). I could not recommend the Main St Crepe Company any higher. What a gem!!

Stopped in for a crepe, and left with a waffle too. I got the Chicken Alfredo crepe and then ordered the Strawberry Nutella waffle. I had the opportunity to meet Tracy, the owner, and she was very sweet explaining the ingredients since I was concerned with my allergy issues. The entire menu had so many delicious choices, that I want to return to try more. They also offer gluten free options for those with Celiac. Warren is lucky to have small businesses with such amazing menu choices and kind staff. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a quick bite whether your craving is savory or sweet.
