It is always a challenge to eat delicious gluten-free food... which quickly makes me think, oh there must be nothing here. But upon arrival they indicated that they made gluten-free toast, so I thought I'd give it a try. And I'm very happy about that! Ordered a salmon sandwich. Saw that they worked cleanly (hadn't paid any attention to it specifically, but I happened to see it through the open kitchen) and the sandwich was really delicious! We enjoyed the service...the guys working there knew exactly what was on the sandwich and were enthusiastic about their work. All in all we thought it was a really great experience! Thank you!
