I arrived for my second visit on Sept 6 2023, and ordered 3 dishes. One was with truffles. Gluten-free and vegetarian. However, after finishing the truffle with Leeks, I realized I was not feeling good. The rest of the night proceeded with full body hives, swollen lips, severe cold, diareah, vomit, and all extremities itching, and a plethora of experiences. I am not allergic to anything, so I suspect mold in the truffles and histamine response. Or a poisonous mushroom.

If we had a Michelin star restaurant in Iowa... this would be it! Chef Joe and his team are exceptional at their craft. It truly is an art. The food is incredible and the cocktails are outstanding - Ben is a true mixologist and will make your cocktail dreams come true with things you've never even thought of! They are also so great about accommodating dietary needs like gluten free or vegan.
