Hard Eight BBQ

We were looking for authentic Texas BBQ and we found it. Our family was able to select several different cuts of meat and just dig in to enjoy. The pit masters loaded up our tray before heading inside to grab our sides and drinks. The pulled pork was the best followed by the brisket and sausages. The ribs had great flavor but I have had better elsewhere. For the gluten free folks, they have a gluten free menu that lists what is safe to eat and it was very inclusive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a rustic feel. Coming from Minnesota, we really enjoyed the food and overall experience! We would definitely come here again

If you love BBQ this is the place to go have pit BBQ. Brisket baker, sausage baker & brisket plate flavourful & juicy. Jalapeño corn creamy with just the right amount if heat. Coleslaw creamy & good. No contamination sickness for my celiac hubby.
