Kim and Nicole were on it! Accommodating my son’s gluten intolerance. Refilled drinks in prompted, seemed to really care. Just awesome!

We had 3 in our party that are not only gluten free, but have several allergies (dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, celery....) The staff went over and above to make sure all had a delicious meal option, as well as frozen drink option. Xavi was a friendly, accomodating server. Gamble, the manager, and Nicole, came to our table a couple times to talk with us. The bartender was extra cautious and sent his mixer to our table so we could check ingredients...even did a thorough clean of his machine for us so the drinks could be frozen! A treat for the kids (and Dad). We had a great friendly talk with Gamble. Nicole recognized our ordering from the eve before, so came to talk (yes, we were there for dinner both of our eves at Universal, since we had ease of ordering for all). It was so nice for everyone, that we felt comfortable and confident to enjoy dinner out...something they can seldom enjoy. Unfortunately, I do not remember our first night's server's name; since she also was very nice. Thank you Gamble and staff for making mealtime pleasant for our family. For those with these limitations, outings of all sorts can become very difficult and unattractive. Thank you for understanding.

My family has three of us with a host of allergies including, gluten, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy. They cleaned a blender and mixed frozen pins coladas for my kids that were safe. We we also able to get burgers and fries that were safe for us. The staff was extremely happy to work with us and the seriousness which they take food allergies was quite apparent. I and my entire family are very appreciative that we have a safe place to eat for our family. The managers Gamble Nicole met us at our table numerous times throughout the dining experience to reassure and/or checkin and update us on our order. Our waitress Xavi was very friendly and accommodating as well! Truly top notch staff. All three made us feel comfortable, welcome, and taken care of.
