Hard Rock Cafe

Great service and excellent options for intolerances! We spontaneously ended up at the Hard Rock Cafe while looking for burgers. There was even a free seat in the beer garden. Unfortunately, it's a bit cramped and could use a bit more flair, hence the one star deduction. Our waiter, Allesandro, was great. You can tell he enjoys his job. Right from the start, he asked about any allergies and brought me a gluten-free menu. Even when he spilled an entire tray, he played it off with great humor and received applause from the entire beer garden. His friendly manner still led us to tip generously, even though €10 for a large Spritzer (and that in Vienna) is quite steep.

If there's a Hard Rock Cafe in a city, I have to go there. This cafe was truly amazing, with musical instruments and clothes from famous artists. The service was excellent! As almost always, I reserved a table in advance through OpenTable. Since the menu is intercontinental, you can count on gluten-free burgers (for celiac disease). Any other allergies are also addressed in advance. The staff is touchingly attentive. It was a warm evening, and I felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!
