I went here because all Hard Rock Cafés advertise a gluten-free menu. I asked again by phone beforehand whether they really offered gluten-free burgers. There was no gluten-free menu on site and I was brought a burger without a bun…
It was probably all a misunderstanding, we apologized and prepared something else extra and waived the price. Hence three stars, but the disappointment was still great.
