Hard Rock Cafe Tromso

Typical hard rock cafe. Has few gluten-free alternatives but the positive thing is that the portions are the same size and the bread doesn't cost any more (a big plus). I ordered cheese fries that were forgotten, and when I asked, I also received them (also not charged "double"). One star is deducted because it is very loud in the restaurant and no one came by for 20-30 minutes after the meal We tried to get attention the whole time, but to no avail so we had to wait a long time to pay (or order dessert).

So disappointed, first time eating at a HRC and what a disappointment. A first waiter takes our order, a second brings us the dishes with a gluten-free burger whose bread was clearly shriveled, a third clears it up. After several minutes of waiting, we signaled to the second server for the dessert menu and we waited, again, again... After 20 minutes of waiting, we left without being able to order our dessert or see a server again. And on the way out, we see the 2nd waiter at the cash register of the clothing store! There is clearly a severe lack of organization, nothing was going well in the service. My disappointment is so great.
