Don’t usually write reviews unless really impressed or really bad and the total experience was neither really good or really bad.
The good
As a fan of craft beers I thought they did a really really good job. Had a flight and then went all in on the west coast ipa (I don’t usually) and also the double ipa. Both really excellent and in my opinion worthy of a higher score that untapped scores.
The bad
The food. With the exception of the nachos. Which were some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. The lasagne was so bad though it tainted the experience. I hope they deconstruct the chicken lasagne and grade it themselves. It was huge but the taste so terribly bland. No cheese, not even cheese to gratin it no herbs or spices or non we could taste. No tomato sauce instead a ton of diced tomatoes on top. Just bad. Such a shame.
Also. Don’t charge 3% extra for people paying by card we had such a surprise when we got the bill. No one saw such a claim on the menu. On the table or verbally via the waitress and if you have yo just add 3% to the amount and assume everyone will pay by card. Certainly don’t charge $3 for a gluten free roll substitute. There’s a sense of way to much buckle and dining going on which is a shame.
I’d score 4.5 for the beer and 1.5 for the food. So overall a solid 3 on the experience.
