Harris Teeter has a wonderful friendly staff. They are very clean and the produce is very good. I gave them a 4 star because they used to have many gluten and dairy free options, but they've started to drop their amount of options. Because of this, I end up at other stores and just do my grocery shopping there. But when I do go to HT, it's always a wonderful experience.

Brian really took the time to show me where everything was, he knew exactly where to go. He was friendly and kind.They do have a nice selection of Gluten Free items.
