The customer services was appalling! I ordered mussels that came with sourdough bread. I am gluten free, unfortunately there were no alternatives, so I requested a small deduction be made to the bill. The waiter said yes I'm sure that can be done okay. The mussels were tasty, small and cost £9. The bill was brought by what seemed to be the manager, he refused to make any alterations to the bill saying it can't be done. So basically we had to pay for something I didn't get. We paid a bill of £50 in total so more than enough room to offer a token. This staff member needs a lesson in customer care!
Great location with excellent views.
If you're gluten free I suggest you go somewhere else. No GF menu and no GF options marked on the menu. A clear afterthought.
