C
Great experience, gluten friendly. My daughter has celiac, and they were very accommodating

I think we hit this restaurant on an ideal day. There wasn’t much of a crowd, the sun was out, the sky was clear and blue. Perfect time for eating outside. For a sports tavern, there were a good number of clearly marked gluten-free and vegetarian options, which was a big surprise. Dare I say “holy cow!“

Don't eat here!!!! Worst experience at a food establishment in a very long time. This is the only place that offers gluten free options at the pier and my daughter has celiacs disease. The manager, Latisia, was on a personal call whem we arrived and made us wait to be seated until she was done talking. Then she literally raised her voice at me. She was very aggressive and rude for no reason at all. Another family was walking out at the same time we were dealing with rude manager. One of the family members stated to me "Good luck, we never got our lunch" My disabled daughter was standing at the door with her cane while we were trying to pay for the one thing we had already been served, pay the bill and leave and manager stated "You have to go!" my daughter had things she couldn't carry to move. We were set to spend a lot of money for a nice meal and instead spent $5 and left. Latisa needs a career with no people involvement. The owners of this establishment really need to read the reviews and think about how many specifically name a person/title and involve rude, dismissive attitude. Our server apologized but seemed afraid to even speak about it. Server kept saying "I want to help you but she is my manager so there is nothing I can do". Reading previous poor reviews I guess we should have read them before we went because others also complain about poor, rude treatment by manager and hostesses and only get excuses.
