What a gem to stumble upon during my day in Hartford?! This restaurant/cocktail spot is super chic, has great happy hour specials, and has an entirely gluten-free menu! We tried the shrimp kabobs, the flatbread, and the cauliflower... all were delicious! The service was attentive but unobtrusive, and the ambiance was perfect. We will definitely return!

Got to try the newly (only 8 months old) cocktail bar - Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlor tonight! Drink 1 - clarified key lime pie — a perfectly made clarified punch that’s clarified through gluten-free graham crackers. You can absolutely taste the tartness of the lime, as well as the depth of the crackers. Drink 2 - lady in red - citrus forward with deep notes of cinnamon! Delicious - would get again! Crème brûlée trio - strawberry lime, pandan, and orange — each of these were delicious and perfectly sweet, and the sugar crack was exactly what the doctor ordered! Other notes - women owned and operated, with a gorgeous female bartender! The decor is very girly pop and romantic and whimsical - great for date night or also for a date with your mother! The manager Sabrina was so kind and gave us a little mini tour, and you could see her passion for the space! They also serve food and have multiple fun spaces that you can rent out for events. The whole kitchen is gluten free so there’s no cross contamination. They also have a board game closet in case you’d like to chill!
