This review is geared towards celiacs. I have celiac and eat gluten free; the restaurant has gluten free items marked on their menu (including gf noodles for ramen), however our waitress told me that none of the food can actually be made gluten free except for a "special vegetable broth" which "is flavorless" and would not give me a "good experience." I was prepared to go ahead with it anyway because the rest of the table was pumped about ramen, but the waitress advised me that it would be better to eat nothing than to eat the gluten free broth, so we all decided to leave. They created an environment which made me feel like an inconvenience for being there, which led to a disappointing experience overall.
