I love Hat Creek, it's a great family place. Plus most of the fried menu is Gluten Free so that's a huge plus.

Gluten free bun was hard and dry. Fried chicken was over cooked. Fries were cold. Employee at register was very hard to understand. The area was littered and the condiment area was filthy. Very disappointing.

Being gluten free, I love hat creek. This was my first time at the Roanoke location and I was so disappointed. I went through the drive thru and ordered my chicken nuggets meal and my husband’s meal. It was so salty we could barely it eat. Very disappointing.
