Havanna

There was almost nothing on the menu, but they let us know once we were about to order. Very few staff for the number of people there, the girls were lovely, but they had to serve and prepare the orders. Only two options suitable for celiacs...

We went with my daughter to have a coffee, on 5/26/2023 at 8 p.m., my daughter is CELIACA, she ordered an alfajor without tac, they answered that the only thing there was was a cereal bar, I asked if I could open one box of those that were for sale, he answered no, I approached the supposed supervisor, I asked him the same thing and he answered that it couldn't be done, the "miss" girl, answered that, THE CELIACIA IS NOT A DISEASE!!!!! I ended the dialogue, and then from my cell phone I showed the supervisor the celiac disease law, which they had just ignored, he repeated that he could not open a box. Sirs, you are violating a law!!!!!!for not knowing that celiac disease IS a disease!! The last thing they are interested in is satisfying a client with a health problem! THEY ARE PASSABLE OF A SANCTION!!!!!! It's outrageous that they only offer one cereal bar!!!!!!!
