I've visited this place twice, and both times was let down when it comes to attention to detail and precaution. My partner has a bad gluten allergy, so we requested an alternate side to replace the macaroni (a listed add on option). The first time the substation was missed and I had to go back in for a replacement. Tonight, we discovered, after we had started eating at home, that there was macaroni all over her meal. The pasta had clearly been scooped in and then removed, and it's remnants covered with something else. I understand cross contamination is possible at places like this, but this is just plain contamination. People need to be trained how to handle plates with allergens, especially when requests are made to remove them.
