I ate here 6/21 (yesterday) and I have a gluten allergy. I had been wanting to come here for months because I saw how many GF options they had… yesterday I ordered a gf burger and the server put down that I have a gluten allergy. The burger came out that had two sauces on the side (sauces make me nervous about gluten), so I called the server over and asked him if he could confirm they were GF. He said yes they were, that the kitchen is amazing with allergies, but that he would confirm with the chef. He went back and confirmed with the chef that they were GF so I started eating them. A few minutes later the chef timidly approached my table and said “sorry, that one sauce actually isn’t GF”. Immediately an horrible feeling of dread came over me. All we got was a weak apology from the chef and no sense of apology from the management. Not only that, but they DIDN’T even comp my meal. I’ve been extremely SICK all weekend and will be for the next few days because of the gluten and am very upset. I literally triple checked, and they were still careless and unapologetic. I will never go back there and was so incredibly unimpressed with how they handled the situation. Never going back, never recommending.

Great gluten-free selection. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing my lunch. They also made sure to check in with me afterward to ask how it was. I'm not usually a fan of the Udis bun. However, it was fresh, soft, and warm. I am definitely impressed with their menu and attention to detail, especially when it comes to gluten-free options.
