Ate here with my celiac wife last week. They glutened her! What the actual!? This place is supposed to be 100% gluten free. Y’all don’t need the details but there were hours before we could even leave the shops safely followed by days of agony. We wrote to them directly but no reply. This place is the literal worst. So with no other recourse, I post a negative review, you hurt my wife!!!

As a previous regular (Coeliac) customer here I went in last week (Sunday) to discover they had introduced items with Gluten to their menu. Before ordering (a Mexican wrap that I have eaten several times before) I confirmed with the person serving that it was still Coeliac safe and was advised that it was. I finished my meal and went shopping. Approximately 20mins after my lunch I ended up having to rush out of a clothing store doubled over in pain and spent a long time stuck in the shopping centre bathrooms. I then had to deal with the 3 days of after effects of having ingested gluten. I’m not sure if it was just a one off but clearly their cross contamination procedures were not on point that day. I would have just accepted it as a mistake however what made me quite angry was that I sent a (polite) email about the incident and no one even bothered to take the time to give me a response or reassure me that they would look into their cross-contamination procedures to make sure all staff were properly trained. I am extremely disappointed and quite angry. They have definitely lost a regular customer due to this incident.
