That said, a couple of things to be aware of: Some locations can feel a bit crowded or understaffed, especially during peak hours. While most of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, there have been times when it’s hard to find someone available for questions. Also, pricing is hit-or-miss — some items are great deals, others feel a bit steep compared to competitors. Still, I like that they support a health-conscious lifestyle and cater to people with dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, keto, etc.). It’s a solid place to shop if you know what you're looking for, and their online store is also convenient. Would recommend for anyone who’s serious about wellness and likes having access to a broad range of natural health products!
