Heart and Hearth Deli & Smokehouse

I was trying to put together a Mother's Day Brunch for my mom who is gluten-free (GF) and I wanted either a GF quiche or a crustless quiche. I must have called 20 different places and found that very few even made any type of quiche let alone a GF one until I was referred to Colleen. While my request for GF was not on her usual menu, she was willing to make a GF one. Let me tell you it was delicious! Even those of us who are not GF loved it. And the rapturous look on my mom's face while eating it was awesome to see. My mom told me due to GF, she hasn't been able to eat quiche in a very long time. Thank you so very much Colleen for bringing my mom joy on her special day.
