I am not a fan of sparkling wine but we were encouraged to try it and I am so glad we did!! Such a fun experience and the tasting is paired with food!! Ivan was our tasting ambassador and he made it so fun and was even able to accommodate my dairy and gluten allergies! I highly recommended a visit if you’re in the area!!
