Having dined in all the Sichuanese restaurants, and most Chinese restaurants in Dallas/Plano and many visits to New York City's Chinatown restaurants, I can easily say this is the best Chinese restaurant in terms of hospitality and authenticity. There are so many rare dishes I have never had like Gansu province specialties including my favorite Heavenly Lamb Ribs. The cocktails are smooth and balanced creative concoctions with clever twists and whimsical names like the Goji Won Kenobi and Matcha Made in Heaven.
