We did hot pot here and it was great! Call ahead to book a spot and let Robbie know what proteins you want. He and his wife did a fantastic job explaining hot pot and all the kids had a blast doing it! We had a gluten free person in our party and he was very accommodating! Need to come back to try other menu items!

The owners are so gracious and always take care of their guests' needs by accommodating all dietary needs like introducing gluten-free and vegetarian options from their menu. I have a charming experience every time I dine or take out. All the staff are genuinely kind people who try and make sure we have a pleasant and delicious meal. Having dined in all the Sichuanese restaurants, and most Chinese restaurants in Dallas/Plano and many visits to New York City's Chinatown restaurants, I can easily say this is the best Chinese restaurant in terms of hospitality and authenticity. There are so many rare dishes I have never had like Gansu province specialties including my favorite Heavenly Lamb Ribs. The cocktails are smooth and balanced creative concoctions with clever twists and whimsical names like the Goji Won Kenobi and Matcha Made in Heaven.
