While the food was ok, the service and atmosphere were excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating for my gluten intolerance. Foods on the menu are clearly labelled and an allergen menu is available upon request. I had the brownie and vegan ice cream. I would return and try something else on the menu.

Our visit was an excellent experience because of Justo, he made us feel so welcomed and looked after us very well. We were given lots of advice and information regarding gluten free choices and Justo was very helpful. We had an awful experience in the Coventry branch so we were reluctant to go in but as soon as we came in Justo made us feel at ease. The atmosphere was very nice, our desserts and drinks were amazing. I will highly recommend a visit, thank you Justo we will be back.

Got an allergy? Don’t bother! Went specifically because they advertise gluten-sensitive waffles, only to be told mine couldn’t be made because it kept ‘sticking to the machine’—yet my husband’s regular waffle was served with no issue. If you can’t cater properly for dietary needs, don’t claim that you do. Super disappointed!
