The concept of individuality perfectly implemented... It's rare to find a burger restaurant that understands how to significantly differentiate itself from the big players through its products. Although the term smash burger is becoming more and more common and is intended to serve as a prime example of individuality, is it really innovative and different? For me, these are more things like gluten-free burgers or vegan, self-designed patties that - unlike beyond meat - do not imitate meat, but have their own, very unusual style bring a taste component. We had to wait a little longer after ordering, but the nice employees apologized a thousand times and gave us some very tasty cheese sticks and onion rings for free with the menu we ordered.
