Heim Barbecue

Brisket was very tender and if I had to give any negatives it would have been that it wasn’t smoky flavored enough. Burnt bacon ends were very, very good as was the loaded potato salad and the red cabbage coleslaw ! What I loved most was that they had a sign that stated exactly which items contained gluten. I am a Celiac and I almost got the banana pudding for dessert until I read that it has gluten in it. Thank you Heim BBQ, you saved me from being ill for three days had I eaten it. We will be back!

I do not understand what is all the buzz about! High prices for so little portions. The flavors aren’t so amazing to justify the price. It’s 2021 and they do not offer a single option for daily or gluten free sides. Not a SINGLE one! We have a child with both food allergies so we are happy and unspoiled when a place offers us with at least ONE option that’s free from allergens. But at Heim the French fries contain gluten! Why?? The beans contain butter! Why?? Etc.. When I asked if there’re any the server at the cashier did not have a clue what are the options or what the allergen ingredients in the side but definitely gave me an attitude for bothering him with the questions. Rude, expensive for no reason and not allergy friendly while other places could exist off of catering towards food sensitivities, so surprising Definitely not recommending this place!
