I'm already a fan of this ice cream shop! It's hard to find gluten-free ice cream on the island that's also this good. The owners are very careful, and you won't have any problems with gluten because they control it to the fullest. They opened a new box of the ice cream I chose, washed their hands to avoid cross-contamination (since the cones contain gluten), and even used a new utensil to serve it. It's 100% safe, not to mention they're incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'll be back again and again without hesitation. Thanks, Agustín, for everything!
