I've been going to this ice cream shop all my life and I think it was time to give it a review. This ice cream parlor has some very good artisan ice cream prepared by themselves, with a number of original and good flavors that I have never seen anywhere else. I think that whatever you choose, it will be a good option. Those who serve you are super nice and the prices are quite good, especially considering the tourist area in which they are located. Another good thing to add is that, as for the tub (I don't know about other formats), you can choose two flavors even if it is small, something I had not seen anywhere else. Also, if you are not a fan of ice cream for whatever reason but you are a fan of the flavors they have, you can order them in shake format (they take ice cream and beat it with milk so you can drink it). They also have glasses of ice cream, slushies and horchata. Finally, comment on the options for people with dietary restrictions such as celiacs, lactose intolerant, diabetics, vegans... I think they have options for all of them. It seems, as I saw when I was there last time, that they are very strict with the hygiene rules regarding this so as not to have possible problems such as not mixing the spoons of the ice creams with and without gluten so that there is no cross contamination. As a person who has had serious food restrictions (allergies), I feel very safe going to places like this where they take the health of their customers seriously.
