The VERY GOOD ice creams are the best, but the customer service is TERRIBLE, hence the score. Today, 8/6/24 at around 3:40 p.m., we entered the store and were greeted by a somewhat older blonde “lady” who had just started serving customers. She was told that there was a celiac patient who could have ice cream in a tub. of chocolate with hazelnuts in case it contains gluten, to which the employee responds in a bad way: look at the list you have there and that way you know if you can eat it or not, (I think she should inform the customer and not inform the customer on her own, since we did not see the list because the place was full and other customers covered the counters), we looked at it and it contains hazelnuts (nuts) but no gluten so we ordered, to which the employee tells her colleague younger: this guy who asks if he says he's allergic and asks for it anyway, I really... EXCUSE ME???? What does gluten have to do with hazelnuts??? Before speaking and being in front of the public, the first thing is the forms and the second is being trained and informed to be able to advise the sale well to the client, apart from making a loud criticism of a client in front of other clients with another colleague. Because the people we were with didn't let me but I would have said four words to that “lady”, I don't know if it's because she doesn't feel like working in the heat or if she's bitter, but that happens in one of my businesses and that " lady” takes her things at the moment and goes to the street due to the manners, misinformation and even criticizing a client in front of another with a colleague, before criticizing or speaking you have to know what is being said and even more so know the product that is being sold .
