Helai took care of the catering at our wedding: snacks (afternoon and evening), dinner and dessert buffet. It was fantastic! From communication and planning in advance to the evening itself. All dishes from the dinner buffet were gluten and lactose free. Although this is probably already the case, extra care has been taken during preparation. Additional options have also been devised for our gluten-free family member. How nice to see her enjoying herself without any worries. Thank you Helai for the completely empty plates and the delicious food as always.
