Helena Adentro "La Casa Rosada"

This place was mind blowingly good. If you are Finlandia, be sure to eat here. The food is AMAZING and the view is spectacular. My partner could not stop raving about the hummus dish for the entire day (it was THAT good) we also enjoyed the vegan nachos, the Frida virgin drink, and their drink special. It helps to make a reservation in advance so you can get a table with a view. Definitely come and enjoy the cuisine, it’s the best part of Finlandia :) They don’t have an extensive vegan/ veg menu, but there are several options, gluten-free as well.

This restaurant is simply better than many Michelin starred restaurants across the world. This place is an explosion of taste, colors and an enchanting staff that just makes you want to order everything that is on the menu. A special remark goes towards their extraordinary selection of cocktails. Here, you will find dishes that are suitable for vegetarian or people with other allergies like gluten or lactose. To top it all up, you can eat facing a beautiful view of the valley. This is clearly one of my favorite restaurants in the world and would love to be able to come back! If you are in the area, make sure you don’t miss on the opportunity to discover great, local ingredient, creative and wonderful food. Highly recommended!!
