Helena Restaurant

Last night visited one of my favourite places to eat in Batu Ferringhi, Helena's. I have Coeliac Disease so played safe with the tried and trusted Mutton Curry, steamed rice and mixed veg 😋 the kitchen also sent out some gluten-free Dahl for me to try, all totally delicious 😋 👌 😍 Next time I visit, I will order the Dahl as my main 😋 Highly recommend Helena's if you need gluten-free and also if you don't 😍 👌 All the staff are lovely and friendly too, great place to eat 🥰

A Friendly, Family restaurant with Great Food! The small/intimate restaurant, located in the heart of Batu Ferringhi's larger "seaside" Hotels, is a a "Real Gem"! The level of service is superb [as one might expect at a Family run restaurant which has been in existence for a long time]. The Menu items are quite diverse--- ranging from such Indian Favourites as Tandoori Chicken, or Mutton Curry-- to Indonesian staple dishes such as "Nasi Goreng"-- to Chinese, including really yummy egg rolls [also called popiah]--- and even European fish and chips. Even Vegans, Vegetarians and Gluten sensitive folk will be well catered to!! The prices are fair... and don't be surprised if you return for another "memorable meal"!!
