Heliotrope Brewery

We stopped in for drinks and lunch while visiting friends in Lexington, and I had to leave a review! The gluten-free cauliflower dough pizza was fantastic, and hands down the best gluten-free crust I’ve ever had. So many GF crusts can be disappointing, but this one was amazing. We also tried the labneh, which came with gluten-free cauliflower dough flatbread and fresh veggies—absolutely delicious. The staff was super welcoming, and the brewery had such a great vibe. Hope we get the chance to visit again soon!

THE BEST gluten free (cauliflower) crust I have from anywhere across the country. Not your typical toppings, but in a good way. Always good service. Only wish is that they were open more hours.
